For bespoke or made-to-order pieces, delivery times will vary depending on the design, complexity, and availability of materials. Typically, bespoke orders are completed and shipped within 4 to 6 weeks, but this may be longer during busy periods or if specific materials are delayed..

If for any reason you're not satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please review the return policy for Returns Eligibility.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to complete processing.
