All in-stock orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

For bespoke or made-to-order pieces, delivery times will vary depending on the design, complexity, and availability of materials. Typically, bespoke orders are completed and shipped within 3 to 5 weeks, but this may be longer during busy periods or if specific materials are delayed.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your payment provider to complete processing.
